You have the right to inform us that you renounce your purchase and can return it within 14 calendar days of receipt. You are liable for all costs accompanying the return of the products. After accepting and validating your return, we will refund the purchase within 10 business days.

The 14-calendar-day period allows you to review and inspect the purchased item as in a store. In that time you must handle the purchased item with the necessary care. You may only unpack the article insofar as it is necessary to exercise your inspection right. The purchased item may only be returned in the original condition and in the original packaging.

If the article is no longer salable because you have used it, the item will be fully charged.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to following articles:

• assembled, used, dirty, damaged and incomplete items;
• articles whose packaging is opened (in full or in part), as a result of which they can no longer be sold as new;
• articles that have a clearly personal character;
• articles that can not be returned;
